About Your Instructor

Although I did my teacher training in India, my approach to yoga is more Western and modern with emphasis on movement. My teaching style is impacted by my degree in physiotherapy and my background in dance and gymnastics. I teach yoga like I practice it - intuitively and mixing different styles from restorative to more dynamic sequences.

I believe that our bodies can teach our minds valuable lessons. On the mat, we learn to tune into our physical sensations, paving the way for personal growth and transformation. Yoga, to me, should be an enjoyable journey.
