Welcome to Your Journey of Movement and Wellness

Hello and welcome! I am Nina, a dedicated fitness instructor and physiotherapist specializing in Pilates, yoga, and relaxing massages. With a rich background in dance, cheerleading and gymnastics, my approach to fitness and wellness is both professional and deeply personal. On my freetime I also enjoy surfing.

My classes in Pilates and yoga are infused with the same energy and excitement that I feel when I am out on the waves or at the dance studio.

My Approach to Teaching and Core Values

I believe that exercise should be a health-promoting practice that enhances our abilities to do more of what we love, rather than wearing our bodies out. This philosophy is at the heart of everything I do, from teaching classes to providing therapeutic massages.

Professionalism is a cornerstone of my practice. With a degree in physiotherapy, I bring a high level of expertise and care to every session. You can trust that you are in knowledgeable and capable hands.

Acceptance is another key value. Iā€™m passionate about health, not diets. I believe that true wellness comes from appreciating and celebrating what your body can do, rather than focusing on what it looks like.

Playfulness is also integral to my teaching style. I believe that fitness should be enjoyable and fun. My classes are designed to be engaging and light-hearted, helping you connect with your body in a positive and uplifting way.
